Mikul became a photographer when he was a struggling actor and didn't always have the wads of cash most photographers charged for headshots. He suggested to a friend that they shoot each other. Because of Mikul's natural eye, other actors asked him to take their headshots. He decided at the start, he would always keep his rates low in support of all the struggling actors, models, musicians out there. His peers have often told him he must raise his rates because people will assume a low price tag means low quality. #@*%!! that. He has a naturally easy and fun demeanor that keeps his subjects relaxed and having fun so their photos radiate personality and their natural character.
Mikul has been involved with countless showbiz projects including stage, film, tv, radio; both in front of, and behind the camera.
